We live in Freeport, Maine and document couples’ and families’ moments, big and small, throughout Maine and New England. You might also find us with friends, making or enjoying live music, wood-fired pizza, ocean dips, on our land in Alna, Maine, and traveling or on meditation retreats in the low season.

Where it all began
2009
Ned graduates from Colby College with a degree in Fine Arts
2016
Ned begins a career as an independent creative professional— photography, graphic design, and video. Julia gets her first DJI drone and begins a passion for photography.
2017
Ned begins working in the wedding industry in Colorado, first as a videographer, and later adding photography.
2023
Ned & Julia fall in love in spring as Ned decides to do wedding photography full-time
2024
Ned & Julia elope in December in Portland, Oregon
2025
Julia joins Ned photographing weddings. We decide that this is pretty amazing to do together, and our couples agree!
