Tied to the Tides: Courtney & Cody’s Coastal Celebration

Courtney and Cody’s wedding day was everything you’d hope for in a coastal Maine celebration — intimate, elegant, and full of meaningful moments. From their winter engagement session on a frozen Maine lake to exchanging vows at the iconic Portland Head Light, their story was a dream to photograph.

We connected right away while reviewing their engagement photos in a small warming hut — and I knew we were a great match. Their love for simple, heartfelt moments and timeless imagery guided the entire day. After the ceremony, we set sail into Casco Bay on a private charter boat, with golden light spilling over the water and laughter carrying on the wind.
